Classified Ads:

Würth Baer Supply Company provides Classified Ads space for our customers Free of charge to post ads for used equipment and/or purchase used equipment from other customers. Use of the Classified Ads space is at your own risk.

It is the sole responsibility of the "advertiser" and "buyer" to conduct their business transaction(s) for the sale or purchase of equipment on their own and between themselves. Transportation of the equipment will be the responsibility of the advertiser or the buyer and will not involve Würth Baer Supply Company vehicles.

Würth Baer Supply Company assumes no responsibility nor makes any representations as to the accuracy of the ads and descriptions of equipment posted to the Classified Ads pages. Würth Baer Supply Company will make every effort to review all ads placed and reject false ads before posting. Würth Baer Supply Company will not be held responsible for any fraudulent transactions which may occur.

Advertising: You agree not to use the Würth Baer Supply Company Classified Ads pages to advertise your products, services, or business outside of its intended purpose which is to provide our customers a platform to exchange information about used equipment they are selling or used equipment they are wishing to buy.

Moderation: You agree we may moderate Würth Baer Supply Company Classified Ads access and use in our sole discretion, e.g. by blocking (e.g. IP addresses), filtering, deletion, delay, omission, verification, and/or access/account/license termination. You agree (1) not to bypass said moderation, (2) we are not liable for moderating, not moderating, or representations as to moderating, and (3) nothing we say or do waives our right to moderate, or not.
